Changes to our substitution policy.

31-Oct-2010 We have introduced a couple of long awaited changes to our substitution policy.

Improved transparency - every substitute item will now have a little round orange sticker on it to indicate that the product is a substitute.

No Substitute Option – at check out you can now choose whether to accept substitutes. FYI: We have a new sweeper process to minimize out of stock items.

We hope you agree that although simple, these changes are major improvements in our service to you. 

BTW: At check out you can now check the box “Leave at the door if not at home” if you expect you may pop out for a bit during your scheduled delivery time.
