Express Order Changes
23-May-2010 Firstly a big thank you to all our Express Customers! Your participation and feedback has been fantastic.As you know we have been in touch with most of our Express Customers and we have taken onboard everyone’s feedback. As it turns out practically everyone has wanted to change their entire order every week. Some Express Customers found the “Change Express Order” and “Add to Express Order” and “Check Out” functionality confusing.
Consequently based on your feedback, we have modified our systems to make it easier for our Express Customers to update their orders and checkout. We have rolled all the Express options into one new function called “Express Checkout”. Express Checkout orders are now processed in real time at the then current price so you can be sure to lock in specials and other bargains.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order will not be processed unless you login each week and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and click “Express Checkout”.
If you wish to save a list that you can use to quickly make an order (perhaps those every day things such as milk, yoghurt, and bread), then please add those items to your shopping cart and click on “Save as Shopping List”. You will then be able to quickly add those items to your cart each week as required from the Saved Shopping List tabs on the blue taskbar. PLEASE NOTE: The order will be saved for your reference but will not be processed.
All Express Customers will continue to enjoy a regular reserved delivery time each week and a lower threshold for free delivery (only $50). If you are not planning to shop with us on a particular week please let us know so that we can free up the booking time for other customers.
By the way: you have until 12 midday the day before your reserved delivery time to place your order for the week using Express Checkout.
