We are pleased to announce that Food Direct has made arrangements to buy, fillet, pack and deliver fresh snapper (straight off the fishing boats) to your door on the very same day.

Our model for Fresh Snapper epitomizes the Food Direct fresh advantage.

We buy everyday to order at the Auckland Fish Market auction, fillet the snapper that very morning, pack the snapper on ice, and the fresh snapper is delivered to you the very same day - as fresh as you can get it (unless you catch it yourself).

We promise that as demand grows we will make other fresh fish and seafood available with the same fresh advantage and with similar $$ savings!

Our direct model for fresh fish means:

1. Fresher Fish - fresher by up to 2-3 days than you will typically find elsewhere
2. Better Prices - our opening special is as much as 25% cheaper than you will typically find elsewhere (we aim to be 10% cheaper on average everyday)

Please Note: our minimum weight is 500gm however the packing range is between 500gm and 600gm (to preserve fillet sizes) so the average size of each order should be 550gm.
