New e-gift voucher reward system
07-Feb-2010We have now replaced our Foodie Club rewards with an e-gift voucher reward system. Our new voucher reward system allows you to choose exactly what you would like as a reward – chocolate, fresh fruit, artisan cheese (pretty much anything in our shop excluding wine and beer). Enjoy!
Foodie Club members automatically accrue Foodie Club points every time you shop with Food Direct.
Every $10 you spend = 1 Foodie Club point
(excluding beer and wine)
200 Foodie Club points = $20 e-gift voucher
Earning Foodie Club points is straight forward.
Every time you shop with Food Direct you accumulate Foodie Club points:
- Your Foodie Clubpoints balance is shown on the check out page
- When you have accumulated the required points for a reward
- A confirmation message will appear on the check out page
- Simply complete check out
- Your $20 e-gift voucher is sent to your email address within 48 hours.
Redeeming rewards is also very straight forward.
Once you have received your Foodie Club $20 e-gift voucher:
- Select the items you wish to purchase in our online shop
- Enter your $20 e-gift voucher code in the form field provided (in the shopping cart screen)
- Your $20 e-gift will be deducted from your grocery bill.
