To Place an Order for the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays BBQs

2. complete the form and be sure to include your BBQ site number, event contact details and the number of each item required

3. Fax the completed order form to Food Direct 09 480 7848

Last Orders: 5pm 8th March

Food Direct will create an account for you, place your order and email an itemized invoice to your nominated email address.

You can pay by Credit Card or by Bank Deposit / Internet Banking

Bank Deposit / Internet Banking Payments: please be sure to include your company name and / or BBQ site number for our reference.

All Goods Must Be Pre Paid By The 10th Of March.


Ports of Auckland Round the Bays BBQ Delivery Options

Delivery to your BBQ Site

Food Direct will deliver the goods to your Ports of Auckland Round the Bays BBQ site between the 7.15am and 8.45am on the 13th of March 2011. Please be sure that someone is present at your BBQ site to sign for the order.

NOTE: as we will be very busy, in the event no one is present at your BBQ site, we will simply leave the goods at your BBQ site and text the nominated contact mobile number to let you know. In this event we will not accept any liability for the goods from the time that we leave them at your BBQ site.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your order, please let us know and we will make arrangements for your order to be ready for collection from Food Direct by the event entrance onsite between 8.45am and 9.30am. We will provide a detailed location map.

Please note. Large salad bowls and other useful culinary items are available for hire for the event from http://www.carltonpartyhire.co.nz
