Become an Express Customer

Welcome to Food Direct: Express. Express customers enjoy a regular reserved delivery time each week and one click Express Checkout.

Payment for all Express Orders is by Direct Debit either Bank Direct Debit or Credit Card Direct Debit. Please tell us how you would like to pay for your Express orders. Note: payment by Credit Card is required for alcoholic beverages.
Bank Direct Debit
Click here to download a bank direct debit application form (opens in a new window). Please allow 10 days for the processing of bank direct debit applications.
You can pay by Internet Banking until your application has processed (please select this option below).
We will contact you once your application has processed to let you know you are set-up for bank Direct Debits.
Credit Card Direct Debit
To get set-up for payment by credit card direct debit, please call Food Direct customer service on (09) 480-7848.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Food Direct will never contact you to ask for your credit card information. Also, please do not email any credit card information.
Internet Banking
To pay by Internet Banking simply follow the instructions on the invoice you receive by email when you place an order.
N.B. payment by Internet Banking must be made prior to the day of your scheduled delivery.

In the event the delivery day you have selected falls on a public holiday in the future, please select whether you would like the delivery of your order on the previous or the next available day or to simply skip the week in question. Note: you can change your preferences as needed in the My Express Settings tab.

Terms and Conditions

Invoices: You will receive an itemised invoice for every order by email in real time. The invoice will also include the relevant delivery date and time.
Product Substitution: In the event a product is unavailable, Food Direct may elect to replace the product for a close substitute product. If any such substitute product is of a lower value, or a substitute is unavailable, Food Direct will deduct the difference from the amount payable.
Terms of Service: The benefits of our Express service are provided to you on the condition that you shop with Food Direct on a weekly basis (more or less). You can postpone for a few weeks or change your delivery time as you require (in the Express Settings tab).
Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your Express membership please contact Food Direct customer service on (09) 480-7848.
Agreement: I agree that Food Direct may direct debit my credit card or bank account (as the case may be) for the amount shown on the relevant invoice (less any adjustments for lower value substitute products or out of stock products) on the evening before the Delivery Date shown on the relevant invoice.
